All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or inventory restocking.
Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. Placing an order during these periods will result in processing beginning on the next available business day.
ETƎRNAL ships all orders via USPS. Available service levels and estimated delivery windows are presented at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by ETƎRNAL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available. Please allow time for tracking details to populate within the carrier's system after the shipment confirmation is sent.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate. ETƎRNAL is not liable for delays, returns, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Should a package be returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

Packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping charges, or cancellation at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
ETƎRNAL reserves the right to restrict or decline shipments to certain locations and to cancel any order that does not comply with our policies. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations governing the purchase and possession of research compounds in their jurisdiction.
All products shipped by ETƎRNAL are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and must not be used for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical purposes. Customers are responsible for the safe and lawful storage, handling, and use of all compounds received.
ETƎRNAL shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from carrier handling, customs processing, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our responsibility ends at the point of carrier handoff.
