Given the specialized nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
We strongly encourage customers to review product details, quantities, and pricing carefully before completing their purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing a product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@liveforeternal.com.

Upon review, ETƎRNAL may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable resolution. Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
Once a package has been transferred to USPS and a tracking number has been issued, ETƎRNAL is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, weather-related disruptions, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a carrier facility, the order may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping costs, or cancellation at our discretion. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under these circumstances.
We ask that customers contact ETƎRNAL directly at orders@liveforeternal.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
Chargebacks determined to be fraudulent or filed without prior contact may result in:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has been processed or shipped. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
To request a cancellation, email orders@liveforeternal.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to action requests received in time.

They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical application, therapeutic use, or diagnostic purposes.
